Avocado and Shrimp ( A Favourite Summer Treat )

I love the flavours of avocado and shrimp with fresh lime juice!!!!  Such an easy appetizer or snack, especially when you have Vincenzo's downstairs to supply all the amazing fresh ingredients!!!!
