Maria's Hometown of Castrofillipo
A beautiful day in Castrofillipo with Maria from Relish Cooking Studio's family at their restaurant, Osteria Del Cacciatore. We were greeted with so much warmth and hospitality beginning with a brioche filled with ice cold granita, a Sicilian favourite. We then ventured to the onion and fava bean fields owned by members of the family, to pick vegetables for our upcoming lunch that we will be preparing!!
